So how do you make MONEY?

It's always funny to watch for the expression on people's faces when I begin to explain how I (or many other travel agencies) do not charge fees or otherwise inflate costs - vs their doing things themselves

The reason is simple really- most resort chains, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators WANT people to use travel agencies because it saves them TONS of money to outsource their marketing and customer service functions
